  2. Speak Up - research & communicate your findings to family & friends
  3. Give - volunteer time & donate money to the Canadian Foodgrains Bank
  4. Share - notify MP's & MLA's of your concerns regarding hunger
  5. Advocate - contact the Prime Minister to support hunger initiatives
  6. Learn - keep informed about the issues & keep sharing it with others
  7. Watch - media for signs of hope & struggle
  8. Dispell - be a myth buster, avoid perpetuating stereotypes & prejudices
  9. Connect - extend compassion for hungry people at home & abroad
  10. Use - consume God's gifts of Creation wisely
  11. Pray - for an end to food injustice, hunger & oppression
